Temporary Food Event Training
The Temporary Food Service Event Training class covers food safety, sanitation and code requirements that are essential to conducting a safe, sanitary and successful temporary food service event in Lake County for a reduced fee. This class provides temporary food service event vendors/workers with a better understanding of how handling food correctly prevents foodborne illness. Although the class is aimed to educate not-for-profit temporary event vendors who don't have a certified food service manager (5-year expiration) or trained food handlers (3-year expiration), any vendor may attend. The Temporary Food Service Event Training Certificate is valid for one (1) year from the date of training. Click here to register for an upcoming class.

Food Safety Game
